Non-Binary Society, Binary Barriers
Non-binary society, Binary barriers delves into the exploration of non-binary identities and the different social and cultural barriers that characterise our society today.
With the help of students from the “Gender Studies” faculty at the University of Innsbruck, AT, we organised a panel discussion, a space where participants shared a range of perspectives, challenges faced and personal experiences.
NBS BB documents the complexities of language and representation, highlighting the transformative potential of language choices in the creation of inclusive spaces. It also explores the intersectionality of non-binary experiences, emphasising the need for inclusive approaches that consider the different intersections of identity, culture and language.
